Privacy Statement & Terms of Use — Internal Software Tools

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This statement covers internal software tools developed and operated solely by Uncle Sam's Accounting LLC ("the Firm"), an accounting practice located in Wisconsin. These tools are not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the public, and the Firm is their only user.

What the tools do. The Firm's internal tools transfer the Firm's own business records — such as customer names, contact details, invoice line items, amounts, and payment status — between software services the Firm already uses under its own accounts, so that the Firm's records remain accurate and current across those services.

Data collection and storage. These tools run privately on the Firm's own equipment. They do not operate a website or online service, do not collect information from the public, and do not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising. They store no full credit card or bank account numbers. Access credentials are kept in local files on the Firm's equipment and are accessible only to the Firm.

Data sharing. Information handled by these tools moves only between services the Firm already uses under its own accounts, over encrypted connections. No data is sold, rented, or disclosed to any other party. Each connected service's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Client information. Any client information processed by these tools is already held by the Firm in the ordinary course of its accounting practice and remains protected under the Firm's professional confidentiality obligations.

Terms of use. Use of these tools is restricted to Uncle Sam's Accounting LLC. They are provided for the Firm's internal business purposes only, without warranty, and no license to use them is granted to any other person or organization.
